Jeff Felton was named President of RelayHealth in January 2012. He joined the company in April 2009 and was previously President of Pharmacy Solutions. Previously, he held rising executive positions at McKesson Corporation, including president of ZEE Medical Inc., Senior Vice President of Health Systems, and Senior Vice President of Marketing. Jeff is Chairman of the McKesson Shared Services Governance board, and is on the board of directors for McKesson Employees Federal Credit Union. Prior to joining McKesson, Jeff held various positions at Allegiance Healthcare Corporation and Baxter Healthcare Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Master of Business Administration degree from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
As President, Population Management, Chris Bauleke oversees product development, implementation services, customer support and sales and marketing functions for surgery, workforce management, analytics, enterprise resource planning, enterprise visibility and the intelligent coding suite of solutions. He also is responsible for HomecareTM solutions offerings -- home health and hospice solutions for hospital-based and standalone agencies. He attended Hamline University and received a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Saint Thomas.
Tom Brock joined RelayHealth in 2008 and serves as Vice President of Strategy and Planning. He brings more than 20 years of experience leading healthcare, commercial and industrial businesses. Previously, Tom held rising positions at GE including CIO, GM of Commercial Software Solutions, e-Business Manager and Enterprise Sales. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Jeff Gartland joined RelayHealth in 2008 and serves as Senior Vice President, Sales. He brings more than a decade of experience in the healthcare and technology arenas with a background in physician alignment, operations, finance, healthcare policy and regulation. Previously, Jeff was Director of Strategy and Business Development for McKesson Corporation and served with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Health Industry Advisory practice. He also held leadership positions in technology and venture startāup firms. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Science from Virginia Tech and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
As Vice President for Strategic Solutions, Rose Higgins leads execution of the company’s Population Management strategy and is responsible for leveraging RelayHealth’s businesses, products and services to address emerging market opportunities and the challenges posed by healthcare reform and a rapidly evolving technology landscape. She previously served as Vice President, Payer/Provider Solutions, where she was responsible for architecting the company’s accountable care strategy and cross-portfolio initiatives in response to care and payment reform. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Duquesne University and a Masters of Public Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
Frances Rao’s role as Chief Compliance Officer includes responsibility for compliance and privacy across the full RelayHealth business. Before joining RelayHealth, she was Vice President, Compliance & Privacy at Medco Health Solutions (now Express Scripts), where she spent 16 years in various compliance, privacy and technical application roles. Her experience also includes database administration, warehousing and programming roles at Verizon, Citibank, JP Morgan and The Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She graduated from Queens College of the City University of New York with a B.A. in Computer Sciences, and earned an M.S. in Telecommunications from Iona College.
Jim Rowe is Senior Vice President, General Manager of RelayHealth Pharmacy. He joined RelayHealth in 2007 and previously served as Vice President of Operations, overseeing all operational aspects of the pharmacy network, value-added transaction services and eHealth. Rowe has 17 years’ experience in technology applications and new business development in the healthcare sector. Prior to joining RelayHealth, Jim was Vice President, Pharmacy Solutions for Per-Se Technologies. He also was Director of Operations and Product Manager for NDCHealth’s Pharmacy Solutions Group. He is a member of the McKesson Technology Advisory Board, which guides the company’s strategic technology direction. Rowe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Jeff Sauer has held the position of Vice President, Human Resources for RelayHealth since the business unit’s creation in 2007. Jeff has spent six years with McKesson, all in the Atlanta area. Overall, Jeff’s work experience spans more than 21 years. Prior to McKesson, he held various global HR and business operations leadership roles at General Electric, Motorola and startup business venture Delphion. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from Northern Illinois University.
Ana Schrank was named Vice President, Finance and CFO of RelayHealth in February 2012. She had been Vice President, Finance and CFO of RelayHealth Pharmacy since January 2012. Prior to that, Ana had served as the Vice President of Investor Relations for McKesson Corporation since 2008.
Ana joined McKesson in 1997 as the Director of Financial Services in the US Pharmaceutical Distribution business, after spending ten years in commercial banking and insurance. In 2000, she moved into Corporate Finance as the Director of Investor Relations. In 2004, she returned to the US Pharmaceutical Distribution business as the Vice President of Credit, Collections and Financial Services. Ana has a B.A. in English Literature from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from Fordham University.
Ray Shingler joined RelayHealth in 2011 as Chief Information Officer. Previously, he was Vice President Support Services/Chief Information Officer at Spartanburg (S.C.) Regional Healthcare System, a three-hospital system with gross revenues in excess of $1.4 billion. At Spartanburg, his responsibilities included overall administrative responsibilities for all data and voice systems, Medical Informatics, Material Management, Purchasing, Pharmacy, two Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Food Service, Facility Management, Security, Environmental Services and Patient Transport. He also served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Peninsula Regional Medical Center, and Director of Information Services for Salisbury University, both in Salisbury, Md.
Ken Tarkoff joined RelayHealth in 2006 and serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Clinical Solutions. He has 17 years of experience in healthcare services and technology. Previously, Ken was COO of the RelayHealth Corporation purchased by McKesson. Prior to joining RelayHealth, Ken was the Director of Supplier Services at Xign Corporation, Vice President of Product Management for Questium, and Vice President of Regional Operations at Vivra Specialty Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Amherst College and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Patrice Wolfe is a senior vice president and general manager for RelayHealth. She joined RelayHealth in 2006 as VP of business development after 10 years with McKesson in a number of leadership roles, including general manager of McKesson’s payor transaction systems group and other McKesson divisions serving the acute care provider community. Prior to McKesson, Patrice worked in healthcare for Thomson Reuters, MEDSTAT, and The Lewin Group. Patrice earned a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University and a master’s degree in business administration from Yale University’s School of Management.
