Naoise Colgan

Naoise Colgan is Vice President and General Manager of McKesson Care Management. In this role, Naoise is responsible for the strategic direction of McKesson’s care management products and services for the payer and provider markets.

Previously, Naoise led McKesson’s care management service delivery organization, the clinical staff responsible for delivering case management, disease management, utilization management, and nurse advice line services to over 30 million covered lives on behalf of commercial and government payers.

Naoise has over 11 years of healthcare leadership experience with McKesson, and almost 20 years of operational experience across multiple industries.


Fredric Leary, MD

Senior Medical Director, Care Management

Dr. Fredric (Rick) Leary is senior medical director at McKesson Care Management. In this role, he oversees all phases of provider engagement, clinical outcomes, quality structure, and clinical content.

Dr. Leary is a Board-certified Family Physician, past president of the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He has 17 years of experience in both private and academic practice prior to joining McKesson.

Dr. Leary has published several articles on clinical quality improvement and has a passion for improving healthcare systems to achieve these improvement targets. Dr. Leary holds a BA from Dartmouth College, an MD from National University of Ireland, Galway, an MBA from Dominican University, and a certification in Pragmatic Marketing.


David Dyke

David Dyke is vice president, revenue cycle solutions at RelayHealth, a leading provider of solutions that links all segments of the healthcare ecosystem.

David has over 15 years of experience across many areas of the revenue cycle and receivables management.  He’s passionate about helping hospitals, practices and specialty providers improve their financial and patient satisfaction results.

David architected and managed many of RelayHealth’s web-based revenue cycle solutions currently in use by health systems across the country.


Tina Foster

Tina is vice president, Business Advisor Services for McKesson. Business Advisors provide extensive coaching, navigator, and transformation services for McKesson’s vendor-agnostic Enterprise Intelligence analytics and benchmarking solutions that address population health, risk management, clinical and financial analytics, network capacity and throughput, and regulatory and quality offerings. Tina has 25 years’ experience in healthcare services, clinical program administration and strategy experience, and a skill set that is relevant to today’s healthcare challenges. Tina specializes in performance improvement, business transformation, and business process reengineering with an emphasis on operational excellence.


Andrew Herrick

Andy Herrick is Director of Product Strategy for McKesson’s Population Health Management solutions.  He is responsible for product strategy, product management, and product marketing activities for provider-oriented care management and readmission reduction solutions.

Dr. Herrick has over 20 years of healthcare experience working in strategic product management, directing employee wellness programs, and on faculty for the School of Professional Studies at Fresno Pacific University.

He holds a double B.A. Natural Science and Health Education from Fresno Pacific University and a Ph.D. in Wellness Education from Arizona State University. He is also a Certified Health Education Specialist.


Summerpal Kahlon, MD

Vice President, Business Development

Connectivity and communication between prescribers and pharmacies , Electronic medical records and telehealth systems , Optimizing efficiency of the healthcare delivery system

Summer Kahlon, MD is Vice President of Business Development for RelayHealth Pharmacy Solutions, and is focused on enhancing connectivity and communication between prescribers and pharmacy on behalf of patients and their medication needs.

As an adult Infectious Diseases specialist, Dr. Kahlon has practiced in a variety of healthcare settings, with experience in general Infectious Diseases, HIV/AIDS care, and travel and tropical medicine.

Prior to joining RelayHealth, he also worked with electronic medical records and telehealth systems, and maintains an interest in optimizing the efficiency of the healthcare delivery system.

Dr. Kahlon holds an MD from the University of Alabama School of Medicine and a BA in Economics from Case Western Reserve University.


Jim Lester

Vice President, Product Management

Jim Lester serves as the Vice President of Product Management for RelayHealth, a business unit of McKesson Corporation.

Jim is responsible for RelayHealth’s revenue cycle solutions for both the acute and payer markets. These solutions include the RelayClearance and RelayAssurance product lines which deliver patient financial visibility and claims management solutions to medical providers.

Previously, Jim served as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management for Ftrans Corp., a venture capital backed provider of commercial banking technologies. In 2009, Ftrans was named to the Inc. 500 as one of the fastest growing companies in America. Before Ftrans, Jim was Senior Director of Product Management at Equifax, Inc., where he created, managed, and marketed new products across multiple business units. He began his career at EDS as a systems engineer.

Jim received his undergraduate degree from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.


Maggie Lohnes

Clinical Quality Executive

Maggie Lohnes manages clinical quality measurement strategy at McKesson. Her prior experience includes direct critical care nursing, health information management, clinical informatics and quality, healthcare administration and public policy.  Former chair of the HIMSS Public Policy Committee, Maggie is vice chair of HIMSS Quality, Cost, Safety Committee. She previously worked as healthcare principal at the MITRE Corporation, clinical information management administrator at MultiCare Health System, Tacoma, Washington, and IS manager at Huntington Hospital, Pasadena, California.  Maggie received her RN degree from Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center, a BA in English Literature from UCLA and pursued graduate studies at University of Washington.


Arien Malec

Vice President, Strategy and Product Marketing

Arien Malec is the vice president, Data Platform Solutions for RelayHealth. In this role he oversees the strategic development of the clinical data platform. Most recently, Arien was detailed to the Office of National Coordinator (ONC) as coordinator of the Direct Project, which develops specifications for a secure, scalable, standards-based way to establish universal health addressing and transport for participants (including providers, laboratories, hospitals, pharmacies and patients) to send encrypted health information directly to known, trusted recipients over the Internet. He also was coordinator for the Standards and Interoperability Framework for ONC, where he developed the standards strategy and participatory framework for many of the standards included in Edition 2014 ONC Certification.

Prior to joining RelayHealth, Arien served for over ten years in a number of product management, professional services and business development leadership roles for technology companies serving the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device sectors, working on solutions for improving the process of clinical trials. Arien has a BA in International Relations from The American University.


Andrew Mellin, MD, MBA

Andrew Mellin is a vice president and medical director for McKesson, where he currently leads the strategy for population health and clinical quality in Enterprise Analytics. Dr. Mellin also currently works part-time as a hospitalist at United Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota. He received his MD from Duke University, completed his residency in internal medicine at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, and received his MBA from the University of Minnesota.


Roger Pinsonneault

Senior Director, Business Development

Roger Pinsonneault, R.Ph. is senior director, Business Development at RelayHealth. In this role, he is responsible for the development of pharmacy–network-based products. Previously he was an industry consultant with Total Pharmacy Solutions, vice president, Business Development for Label Systems International, vice president, product management and director, pharmacy operations for NDCHealth, and director, Pharmacy Systems & Administration for Eckerd Corporation. Roger received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Connecticut. He is the inventor or co-inventor for 9 awarded patents from the U.S. Patent & Trade Office. He has been a member of NCPDP since 1984 and is the co-chair of WG1 Telecommunication, co-leads the Safe Use Processing / REMS Task Group. He is the 2002 recipient of the NCPDP Time Award and 2007 Benjamin D Ward Distinguished Member award.


Billie Whitehurst

Billie Whitehurst is vice president of Capacity Management for RelayHealth, where she leads the company’s efforts to help health organizations achieve sustainable operating improvements by enabling a proactive approach to workforce optimization, capacity and throughput. Whitehurst has more than 15 years’ experience leading clinical IT teams serving acute and homecare markets. She also worked as a nurse and clinical director for The Children’s Hospital in Denver. 

Whitehurst has a Master’s degree in healthcare administration and a BS in nursing from the University of Colorado. She is board certified in nursing informatics from the American Nurses Association.


Jason Williams

Vice President, Business Analytics

Jason Williams joined RelayHealth as vice president, Business Analytics, in 2009. In this role, he has met extensively with health systems and hospitals across the country to understand and evaluate the need for analytical insights.

Prior to joining RelayHealth, Jason was part of the McKesson Strategy and Business Development group, evaluating growth opportunities and developing strategies.

Prior to McKesson, Jason held increasingly responsible positions in healthcare technology companies, healthcare payer systems and in IT / analytics for a health insurance provider network.

Jason has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, and a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University.


Patrice Wolfe

Senior Vice President and General Manager

Patrice Wolfe is a senior vice president and general manager for RelayHealth. She joined RelayHealth in 2006 as VP of business development after 10 years with McKesson in a number of leadership roles, including general manager of McKesson’s payor transaction systems group and other McKesson divisions serving the acute care provider community. Prior to McKesson, Patrice worked in healthcare for Thomson Reuters, MEDSTAT, and The Lewin Group. Patrice earned a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University and a master’s degree in business administration from Yale University’s School of Management.
