HEALINX CORPORATION AND ATHENAHEALTH.COM FORM STRATEGIC ALLIANCE, INTEGRATE ONLINE PHYSICIAN SERVICES

Under the terms of the agreement, athenahealth.com will bundle the Healinx secure doctor-patient messaging interface with its own Web-based workflow automation service. The Healinx communication application will be marketed as the athenaNet-Communicator and will be commercially available in early 2001.
