RXCENTRIC AND HEALINX PARTNER TO OFFER PHYSICIANS ADDED ONLINE SERVICES

Alliance Gives Pharmaceutical Companies Broader Physician Access For Marketing Campaigns

NEW YORK, NY and Alameda, CA, April 10, 2001 -- RxCentric Inc. Under the terms of the joint marketing and services agreement, RxCentric will promote the Healinx™ secure, doctor-patient communication service with its own Web-based physician information and marketing resources. This will allow RxCentric's online, nationally representative communities of more than 25,000 physician members access to the Healinx™ service, including its webVisitT feature, a secure, structured clinical consultation that moves beyond regular e-mail to replace an office visit or phone call for non-urgent, follow-up and preventive care.

In addition, Healinx's physician users will have access to relevant online marketing programs provided by RxCentric that will be offered through webVisit, thus providing a convenient means for physicians to access this information. The two companies will co-brand the newly combined physician service and provide links on their respective Web sites for easy physician access. Also under the agreement, RxCentric and Healinx will promote the service offering to their existing physicians, as well as to new and potential physicians.
