PHYSICIAN HEALTH PARTNERS TO ROLL OUT RELAYHEALTH SECURE ONLINE DOCTOR-PATIENT COMMUNICATION

Supports Physician Health Partners' commitment to simplify access and communication
Emeryville, CA, October 23, 2003 — RelayHealth Corporation, the nation's premier provider of online doctor-patient communication services, today announced that Denver-based Physician Health Partners (PHP) will license the full suite of RelayHealth® online services.
A primary care and specialty physician owned company, Physician Health Partners physicians will employ a variety of RelayHealth features, including the webVisit® consultation service, the eScript prescribing and renewal service, online appointment requests, lab and test result reporting, referral requests, and secure messaging.
This month, the RelayHealth service will be introduced to nearly 150 physicians of PHP's Primary Physician Partners network. Additionally, two IPAs that are managed by PHP will be exploring the opportunities afforded by this innovative system.. On behalf of these IPAs Physician Health Partners administers three health plan relationships representing over 60,000 commercial and Medicare + Choice members.
