HEALINX MERGES WITH eSCRIPT
Merger Creates Complete eHealth Services For Patients, Doctors, and Pharmacies
Alameda, CA, May 1, 2000 - Healinx Corporation, the premier Web-based doctor-patient communication system, today announced that it has merged with eScript, the leading electronic prescription authorization service. Healinx will incorporate eScript's technology into the Healinx' web platform to offer the fastest, easiest, and most accurate way to authorize new and renewal prescriptions. eScript will also continue to offer its product on a stand-alone basis.
Healinx communication tools combined with eScript web-based prescription solutions, creates an eHealth network of doctors, pharmacies, and patients that enhances relationships and saves time and reduces medication errors by eliminating handwritten notes and telephone tag.
