CollaborateMD to Distribute RelayHealth Secure Online Messaging Under Private Label
RelayHealth’s physician-patient communications meets physicians’ demand for enhanced interactions and online consultation reimbursement
ORLANDO, Fla., Jan. 22, 2008—─CollaborateMD, a leading provider of Internet-based medical billing and practice management software for physician offices and medical billing services, announced today that it will private-label RelayHealth’s physicianpatient connectivity solution. CollaborateMD will distribute RelayHealth’s secure online messaging service under the name of CollaborateP2P+ to its customer base of 2,800 acute care and outpatient doctors. As part of the agreement, CollaborateMD’s physician customers will have access to RelayHealth’s reimbursable webVisit® consultations and other physician-patient communications services such as prescription refills and renewals, results delivery, requests for appointment scheduling and referrals, health education information, and more.

The integration is expected to be completed later this month. The expected result is a seamless stream of clinical and administrative data between the two systems.
