Whether it’s education for new employees, refresher training for existing staff, or assistance with new features of a RelayHealth solution, RelayLearn can help.
To accommodate all learners, RelayLearn is designed to provide a combination of online training (self-paced courses, videos, and previously recorded webinars), web-based training (scheduled webinars), and resources (job aids, FAQs).
Learners are also able to sign up for scheduled classroom-based training, if applicable. This blended approach matches delivery style to the employees’ academic needs and scheduling challenges. There is also a RelayLearn feature that allows supervisors to monitor participation, and report on learning progress.
Even when coursework is complete, RelayLearn continues to assist the learner. Weekly office hours are available so learners can speak with a live resource and have their questions answered. Reference materials such as job aids and quick reference guides are also provided for additional assistance.
