With the RelayHealth solution, we substantiate FSA and HRA purchases right at the pharmacy and handle the complete financial settlement with the pharmacy. For medical claims, we reimburse the doctor or hospital for a patient’s deductible, copay or coinsurance payment on behalf of the patient.
Our solution removes the worries about IRS notice 2006-69 which does not allow for co-payment match substantiation at pharmacies with non-healthcare related merchant category codes, such as grocers or mass-merchants. EasyCDH™ also eliminates NON-IIAS pharmacies rejects as well. Our solution also removes the need for a patient to substantiate a medical expense paid for by their debit card.
