RxSafety Advisor®

A Business Suite for Medication Safety

Our Standard service, which provides screenings for look-alike/sound-alike (LASA) drug pairs, and dose checking for these drugs, is offered at no cost to participating pharmacies in response to RelayHealth's continued commitment to our customers in providing innovative, value added network based solutions. Safety alerts will be based on LASA drug pairs selected in partnership with Wolters Kluwer Health.

Customers who participate in the Standard service will be eligible to register for the subscription-based Premium services. Our Premium service expands the screening capabilities of the Standard product to include dose screening on additional drugs targeted for pediatric patients (ages one through twelve) and geriatric patients (65 years of age and older). The Geriatrics module allows for dose checks based on authoritative geriatric guidelines that target inappropriate prescribing in the elderly. The Premium package offers web-based reporting for a retrospective analysis of safety alerts and response to alerts. The Premium offering includes: Pediatrics, Geriatrics and Reporting — for a $10 per store per month subscription service.
